Why should I be scared? Why do I have to feel fear in my heart every time I get pulled over, every time I get stopped? More innocent blood has been shed and unanswered for. How long? How long can this go on before something is done? Please I can’t breathe, I can’t breathe! I can’t breathe with your knee on my neck. I can’t breathe, I can’t breathe. I can’t breathe with your knee on my neck! Please don’t shoot, please don’t shoot! I am unarmed and I mean you no harm except that in my heart I do. I wish you were fucking dead. You need to pay for what you did. There needs to be accountability. There needs to be justice for all those who have lost their lives at your fucking hands, at your fucking feet. Change from within, change from within my fucking ass. You are just as guilty standing by doing nothing. Protecting those on your side. I can’t breathe, I can’t breathe. Not in a country that wants me to die based on my skin color. I can’t breathe in a country that wants me to die based on my skin color. Based on the way that I was born...

Can’t hear the words you say Cause they all sound the same Now I’m blocking out your voice It’s all just noise to me You’ve got one foot in the grave And you act like you’re so brave. It’s just a matter of time before the skies turn gray to rain on your parade. You never take the blame, So typical. And you run your mouth because you think that you’re invincible You wanna take the world by storm Before you fade away. What would your mother say? TELL ME Why do you work so hard? ONLY Only to fall so far? YOU DON’T Know who the hell you are. You wanna bleed so we can see all your scars. ONE MORE Just another bridge to burn WHEN WILL When will you ever learn? YOU ARE Gonna get what you deserve. AND I’LL BE THERE when the tables turn. You will answer for your sins When the end of the world begins. And you might ask yourself if everything you ever did was all in vain. You’re burning through your lies. Everyone is a fool in your eyes. But I won’t fall for that this time, the world is gonna see through your disguise. You’ll never take the blame, So typical. And you run your mouth because you think that you’re invincible You wanna save yourself no matter who gets in the way. Better get on your knees and pray.

Looking for something to help me ease this pain. From the abandonment of my own head. See I could hate you but I'm not that brave Oh i can't hate you no, im not there yet. In seeing changes I'm feeling jaded, dark blue. You're counting faces, I know it's complicated for you. When you're feeling blue. For you When you're feeling blue I'm falling apart and I hope the pieces that break Fall in a pattern to find their way back in place My arms feel heavy and i cant fall asleep. Feeling the levy of all my bad memories. In seeing changes I'm feeling jaded, dark blue. You're counting faces, I know it's complicated for you. When you're feeling blue. For you When you're feeling blue I know im wasting my time but I swear that I'm patient. To see the mind I once loved bloom back in it's nature.

My child, my child, my child, where are you going? The desert is flooding, the young kids were told to go home. Fed manna and cages and patience into your throats. Tend to your mercy, it’s sure to bring some dispute. A ghost is dead, he’s buried inside a screen. The sand is soaked, their legs are broken. They’re drowning inside a muddied up mind. My child, my child, my child, my child! I wish you peace, I wish you peace. The wheels on your bike are melting so quietly. No one saw when they broke, bless this hot asphalt. Fed fish and bread, the pulse says you're dead. But joy is now, won’t you fatten this calf? A ghost, a town, the playground torn down. My child, my child, my child, my child! I wish you peace, I wish you peace (my child, my child, my child) My child, my child, my child, where are you going? My child, my child, my child, please don’t go.

Walking around with the Vail’s over their eyes But we know that they’re all fascists in disguise With every tragedy they all point to the sky They’ll never stop believing all their fuckin lies So say your final thoughts and prayers And look down to the ground Because you’ll be the first ones gone when the all the bombs drop down Filling your house with hate because you think it’s fun But we’ve all reached a breaking point we’re all fucking done They’re the ones who pull the strings But we’re the ones who point the guns So say your final thoughts and prayers And look down to the ground Because you’ll be the first ones gone when the all the bombs drop down
